How do I send you my photos?

After you complete checkout you'll get an email and an order confirmation page with a private upload link. Tap the link on your phone or computer and drop your photos in — no account needed.

What photo quality do I need?

Originals from your phone's camera roll work great. Try to avoid screenshots, heavily compressed downloads, or photos saved from text messages — they lose detail. Higher resolution = sharper magnet.

How long until I receive my order?

Production takes 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the US is typically another 3–5 business days. We'll send tracking as soon as your order ships.

Not yet — we ship within the United States only at the moment. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Absolutely. We love save the date magnets, wedding and event keepsakes, and corporate gifts. Reach out via our contact page with your event date and quantity and we'll send you a custom quote.

What's your return policy on custom items?

Because every order is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there's a defect, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.

How durable are the magnets?

Very. The print surface has a soft-touch, archival-quality finish that resists fading, and the magnetic backing is strong enough to hold a small stack of cards. They're built to last on the fridge for years.

Can I feature multiple different photos in one pack?

Yes — every magnet in a pack can be a different photo. When you upload, you'll be able to send us up to the number of photos in your pack.
