Orders & made-to-order products

Every order is custom-printed for you based on the photos you upload. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Photo content & rights

By uploading photos to fulfill your order you confirm that you have the right to reproduce those images. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and ship your order.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for production times, rates, and delivery details. We ship within the United States only.

Returns

Because items are custom-made, all sales are final except where the product arrives damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastal Impressions's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
