Coastal Impressions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use coastalimpressions.co (the "Site") and our services.

Contact and order details: name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if provided).
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Photos you upload: the images you send us to print on your magnets.
Usage data: device, browser, IP address, and basic analytics about how you use the Site.

How we use your information

To fulfill and ship your order.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support requests.
To improve our products, Site, and customer experience.
To send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Your photos

Photos you upload are used to produce your order. We may also use your photos in our social media, on our website, or in advertising only when you give us explicit permission. We collect that permission at checkout or on the upload page as a clear opt-in checkbox — it is off by default, so we never assume consent.

If you have an account, you can set a default preference under My Account → Marketing preferences, and you can still change the choice on any individual order before submitting your photos. You can change your mind at any time by emailing hello@coastalimpressions.co and we'll remove your photos from any future marketing use.

Your personal information — your name, address, email, and phone number — is never shared publicly, regardless of your photo consent choice. We will never tag, name, or identify you when we feature a photo unless you ask us to.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our business — for example payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hello@coastalimpressions.co.
