Rates are calculated by total package weight:

Up to 4 oz: $3.99 — USPS First Class (5–8 days)
4–8 oz: $4.99 — USPS First Class (5–8 days)
8–13 oz: $5.99 — USPS First Class (5–8 days)
13 oz–2 lbs: $9.99 — USPS Priority Mail (2–5 days)
Over 2 lbs: $14.99 — USPS Priority Mail (2–5 days)

Rush options

Need it faster? Add one of these at checkout:

⚡ Rush Standard — $19.99: 1–2 day production + USPS Priority Mail. Arrives in 3–6 days total.
🚀 Rush Express — $34.99: Next business day production + USPS Priority Mail Express. Arrives in 2–4 days total. Our fastest option — perfect for last-minute gifts and events.

Rush pricing is a flat fee that replaces standard shipping. If your order already qualifies for free standard shipping, you only pay the rush add-on.

Production time

Standard production takes 3–5 business days after we receive your photos. Orders placed by 12pm PST on business days are processed the same day. Rush orders are moved to the front of the queue.

Where we ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package leaves our studio it's in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows a significant delay or your package appears lost, email us at hello@coastalimpressions.co and we'll help you sort it out.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
